This recipe is easy, fast and doesn’t require too many dishes. The burgers are quite delicious. I modified this recipe to be SIBO friendly from Gwyneth Paltrow’s “IT’S ALL GOOD” cookbook.

- Sub 6 Green Onions (green part only) for Shallots
- Use Red Boat Fish Sauce
